Perry served as Vice President at Hasbro, Inc., with general management and global responsibilities for the Boys Toys Division, where he managed a billion+ dollar business and achieved high levels of global growth. Over his career, he has worked in roles related to Product Development, Marketing and Sales. In addition, he has supervised cross functional groups, including Research, Finance, Engineering, Design, Q.C. and Manufacturing.

Prior to Progressive, Larry was responsible for all brand, advertising and sponsorship activities worldwide for United Parcel Service (UPS), including creation of the award-winning U.S. “Whiteboard” campaign and the global re-positioning of the UPS brand. Over his career, Larry has lived and worked in various markets around the world.
Larry brings experience in consulting on marketing and strategy development in different industries, including consumer electronics, financial & professional services, non-profit and retail. He holds an MBA in Marketing and International Business from Columbia University and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from M.I.T.
